You can delete your profile and all the data linked to it in the app settings. This includes things like the sound settings and warnings you have set up. All other information about your account will also be deleted from our systems.
If you only want to change your email address, follow this guide instead. You can also just log out from the menu, which keeps your data.
Please note: Once you have deleted your profile, you can no longer connect to or use your Drive One device. You can always create a new profile, even with an email address you have used before.
How to delete your profile and all your data
- Open the Menu.
- Tap your profile icon or your email address.
- Tap Delete my account.
