When you set up the Drive One app on your phone, you need to enter a code that is sent through email.

If you do not see this email in your inbox, try our suggestions below.

Check the following if you do not see our confirmation email in your inbox

  1. Check your spam/junk folder. Your email provider might think that our emails are spam.
  2. Try again and double check the email address for any typos/spelling errors.
  3. If you use a work email, check with your email administrator if an email from app@driveone.eu has been blocked.
  4. Try an alternate email address.
