How to report an incorrect speed limit?

You can report incorrect speed limits shown on your Drive One Pro device, in the Drive One app, or through Android Auto/Apple CarPlay.


Report an Incorrect Speed Limit While Driving

If you notice an incorrect speed limit while driving:

  1. Open the Drive One app or Android Auto/Apple CarPlay.
  2. Tap the “+” Report icon.
  3. Select Report Speed Limit.
  4. Choose the correct speed limit from the predefined options displayed on the screen.

Your report will help improve speed limit accuracy for all users.


Report an Incorrect Speed Limit When Not Driving

If you want to report a speed limit after your trip:

  1. Open the Drive One app.
  2. Tap the “+” Report icon.
  3. Select Report Speed Limit.
  4. Drag the marker on the map to the location where you noticed the incorrect speed limit.
  5. Select the correct speed limit from the available options.

This allows you to report speed limit issues even when you are not currently on the road.
